What to expect at The Plunge Room

1. Arrive Early

Arrive a at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session to prepare and ensure you have time to fully relax before starting. All first-time appointments include an onboarding session with a team member to ensure you’re fully prepared and confident in using the plunges effectively. Arrive early and enjoy our amenities, including the steam room and sauna. Access to the fitness floor at THE GYM is available for an additional $40 fee.

2. Check in at the Front Desk

Check in with THE GYM front desk staff upon arrival for your session to fill out their waiver. They’ll connect you with a PLUNGE ROOM team member for your walkthrough and onboarding

3. Enter the locker room & store your belongings in a locker.

Secure your personal items in one of the provided lockers and get ready to enjoy your session.

4. Time to Relax!

Take advantage of the sauna and steam room to begin unwinding and prepare your body for the plunge.

5. Shower and Use the Restroom

Showering before your session is mandatory to ensure cleanliness and enhance your cold plunge experience. Please ensure your body is free of lotions, perfumes, and hair products before entering the plunge to maintain clean water and proper hygiene for all. Using the restroom beforehand is also required. Non-compliance with these rules may result in termination of your membership.

6. Enter The Plunge Room using private code

A shower before your session ensures cleanliness and enhances your cold plunge experience. NO LOTION's, PERFUMES, HAIR PRODUCTS may be on your body before entering the plunge. This ensures clean water and hygiene for all. Be sure to use the restroom beforehand. This is NON NEGOTIABLE. Failure to comply will fault in termination of membership.

7. Begin your session

Get comfortable in the space, focus on your breathing, and prepare your mind and body for the plunge.

8. Step into Plunge.

Carefully step into the plunge without jumping or creating splashes. This helps maintain a clean and safe environment, preventing water from dripping onto the floors and surrounding areas.

9. Be mindful of time.

Keep track of your session time to ensure a smooth flow for yourself and the next guest. A timer may be available for convenience.

10. Clean up after yourself.

Wipe down the plunge area, dry any wet spots on the floor, and ensure the space is ready for the next user.
