Annual Membership Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can change unexpectedly. Our goal is to provide you with flexibility and support, so we’ve created a cancellation policy that allows for adjustments in certain circumstances. Please review the following guidelines:

Eligible Cancellation Reasons

1. Relocation
   If you move more than 25 miles away from The Plunge Room, you may cancel your annual membership with proof of address change (such as a utility bill or lease agreement).
2. Job Loss
   If you experience involuntary job loss, you may cancel your membership with documentation from your employer (such as a termination letter or unemployment benefits statement).
3. Medical Freeze
   You may request a temporary suspension of your membership for medical reasons, with up to 90 days of freeze time per contract year. A valid doctor's note or medical documentation will be required to process your request.
4. Other Exceptional Circumstances
   In the event of extreme situations (such as a family emergency or military deployment), cancellations may be considered on a case-by-case basis with proper documentation.

How to Request a Cancellation
To initiate any of the above cancellations or freezes, please contact our membership team at info@theplungeroom.com and provide the required documentation. Cancellations or suspensions are processed within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Policy
Please note that all payments made towards an annual membership are non-refundable except under the circumstances listed above. If eligible for cancellation, any future payments will be stopped immediately.
