Cold plunge therapy involves immersing the body in cold water to stimulate circulation, reduce inflammation, and promote muscle recovery. It's a practice used by athletes and wellness enthusiasts to enhance physical and mental well-being. 


Contrast therapy alternates between hot and cold water immersion. This process enhances blood flow, reduces muscle soreness, and accelerates recovery by causing vasodilation and vasoconstriction of blood vessels.

Hot / cold plunge therapy is more effective than infrared saunas for enhancing athletic performance because water conducts heat 25 times faster than air. This high thermal conductivity means that during hot and cold plunges, the body experiences rapid temperature changes, leading to immediate physiological responses. These include increased circulation, reduced muscle soreness, and decreased inflammation—all of which accelerate recovery times crucial for athletes who train intensely. In contrast, infrared saunas heat the body more slowly and do not provide the same level of targeted muscle recovery or immediate circulatory benefits that water immersion offers. 


While many people can safely enjoy cold plunge therapy, it's not suitable for everyone. Individuals with certain medical conditions—such as cardiovascular issues, high blood pressure, or pregnancy—should consult a healthcare professional before participating. 


Frequency depends on individual goals and physical condition. Many guests find benefits with 2-3 sessions per week, but we recommend consulting with a Plunge Room Coach for personalized advice. 


 Absolutely! Each membership includes a complimentary guided session where our expert Plunge Room Coaches will teach you the basics, including breathing techniques and how to maximize your experience. 


  • Swimwear or Appropriate Attire: Required for all sessions.
  • Towel: While we provide towels, you may bring your own if you prefer.
  • Water Bottle: Stay hydrated before and after your session.


  • Private Room: Enjoy your session in complete privacy.
  • Full Locker Rooms: Secure storage and changing areas.
  • Showers and Steam Rooms: Refresh before and after your plunge.
  • State-of-the-Art Fitness Center: Access to modern fitness equipment. (Fees Apply for fitness center)


 We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session to allow time for check-in, changing, and showering before your plunge. 


Yes, we require at least 4 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee. Please refer to our cancellation policy in your membership agreement or contact us for details. 


Yes, for hygiene purposes, all guests are required to shower & use the restroom before entering the plunge pools. 


If you have any medical conditions such as heart issues, high blood pressure, circulatory disorders, or if you're pregnant, please consult your healthcare provider before using our facilities. 


Memberships are non-transferable and intended for individual use. If you'd like to bring a guest, please contact us to inquire about guest passes or have them create their own account. 


  • Regular Cleaning: Our facilities are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
  • Showering / Restroom use Required: Guests must shower and use the rest room before using the pools.
  • Pool Maintenance: Water quality is monitored and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Health Screening: Please refrain from visiting if you feel unwell.


Guests must be at least 18 years old. Minors aged 16-17 may be allowed with parental consent and supervision. Please contact us for more information. 


Please contact us as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time to accommodate subsequent bookings.

  • Freezing Membership: You may freeze your membership for a specified period under certain conditions.
  • Cancellation: Month-to-month memberships can be canceled with appropriate notice as per the membership agreement. Annual memberships have specific terms. Please refer to your contract or contact us for details.
