Cancellation and Freeze Process (Month-to-Month)

How to Stop Membership
Members must contact us via email, phone, or their online portal to submit a request to stop their membership. Members should provide their intent to stop at least 7 days before their next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. You may also stop membership on the Member Client Portal yourself.
Notice of Cancellation
If a member intends to cancel their membership, they must provide the required notice of 7 days before their next billing date or complete it on the Member Portal. If the notice is submitted too late, the cancellation will be applied to the following billing cycle.
Early Notification for Freeze Requests
Members wishing to freeze their membership for personal reasons or medical issues must submit a minimum of 7 days' notice to ensure their membership is paused before the next billing cycle.
Reactivation
If a member wants to reactivate after stopping or freezing their membership, they can easily do so through the portal or by contacting the team. Reactivation can occur at any time, and the member will be billed again based on the current rates.
